Want a refund? We do honour them!


The things that you can request a refund for are;

  • Purchasing another world but end up having enough time to only manage the first world.
  • Game Masters becoming too busy to continue hosting their world.
  • The Curator has been unable to fulfill his time as a role player for the Story Mode.

If you require a refund for whatever reason, you are entitled to it if the service has not been proven to be satisfactory to you as the customer.


To initiate a refund request;

  • Please contact The Curator through either Support under the Dashboard link or by e-mail (pollaplous.epipedon@gmail.com), then provide a reason as to why you want a refund.
  • The Curator will then review your request and contact you directly to ask for your bank details or a payment link to send the money to. This process can take as little as a week, but will require your immediate responses to be able to do so.

For customers of Game Masters;

  • You must contact the Game Master directly to initiate the refund request with them and they must pay you back themselves.
  • If the Game Master claims they are unable to do so, a valid reason must be given as to why they're unable to. Then, contact The Curator with the evidence provided and he will pay you back himself. This process will take longer than a week, depending on how attentive and responsive the Game Master is.

We apologise in advance for any grievances this has caused you and hope you can forgive us for our shortcomings.
