Story:

In the 5th year of the 2nd Era, the Empire celebrates the miracle of yet another strong heir to the throne, where for years there seemed to be none. Once her mother, Eslyvia Velorn, has stepped down, her daughter, Lysia Velorn, shall rule the Dragon Empire. But for now she is too young to rule alone, and is still going through her schooling and training. And so, people were told by their Empress, with the voice of the Gods. The God's Decree, that the law being no one can hatch any dragons from egg has been abolished. Instead, now a few chosen people may do so with special training and supervision.
